For individuals 60 years of age and above, we are here to help you locate a senior center, apply for benefits and housing, obtain meals on wheels, schedule medical transportation and case management services. The Alzheimer’s Caregiver Link Program provides services toCaregivers who are 18 years of age and above. Our dedicated staff throughout our agency is here to help.
