The elderly and people with special needs are very vulnerable. Planning for their safety, health and housing must be specific to their individual, unique needs. We at R.A.I.N. have primary and back-up plans that can be adapted to the individual senior.
One of the first steps we take at R.A.I.N. is to create a bilingual personal support network which would consist of friends, relatives or neighbors who are willing to check in on the senior or person with special needs in an emergency to make sure they are safe in the five boroughs and Westchester County. It may also be necessary to provide assistance at that time, so that support individuals are trained to be prepared to do that.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
