R.A.I.N. recognizes that there is a significant shortage of treatment options for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our service areas. In more than half a century we’ve been caring for seniors in our service areas, those same seniors, their families and friends have told us how our highly qualified staff has changed hundreds of lives. We are committed to continue serving Disabled Adults and to improve care for Disabled Lower-Income Adults. We are licensed to provide services in Westchester and the five boroughs of New York City.
