Cucina Dolores

Through a generous grant from The Bob and Dolores Hope Foundation, the Cucina Dolores Mobile Food Kitchen addresses the urgent need for nutritious meals. We serve hot nutritious meals to low-income and/or homeless older adults, adults and children in low income and food insecure communities in the Bronx five days a week. We collaborate with local places of worship, health providers and community based organizations.

R.A.I.N.’s integrated approach continuously looks for opportunities to expand our reach to feed the homeless and the hungry.  We welcome partners in this initiative, so please contact us to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Most of us don’t have to worry where our next meal will come from, but for children like the one pictured above, food insecurity is part of their daily lives. Through the Cucina Dolores program, R.A.I.N is able to provide nourishing meals to individuals and families across the Bronx, so they don’t have to worry about when they are going to eat.  Your donation makes that possible.
